Kofi is a partner in the firm's Technology, Finance and Aviation practice groups. He advises companies on how to establish and enter the market, comply with regulations, develop corporate structures, invest or receive investments, structure debt, create strategic partnerships, licence technology, and protect their intellectual property rights.

Kofi has extensive experience in aviation law and has advised on: aircraft operation, aviation regulation, carriers' liability, and rules and regulations governing flight operation and safety. He also has an in-depth understanding of aircraft leasing and mortgage contracts, and he has represented clients across the hierarchy of courts in aviation and commercial disputes.
